I’m so excited to be sharing this blog with you, as I begin this journey of reading Lessons From the Mountain alongside you. What is new to you is actually about 8 years old for me. I began writing my metaphors almost 8 years ago now, with many of them swimming around my head for much longer than that. .. "Threading the needle" What does that phrase bring to mind for you? For me in the most recent days, it has been navigating the unfortunate fall my dad took that broke his hip, and me actually finding the time to complete my book launch. Finding the exact, careful middle that avoided failure on both accounts was a tricky place to be. In the end, at least for now, I managed both, by the grace and goodness of God! So where do you find yourself today needing to 'thread the needle'....
